TERMS
Mansion Pride calculates only 6% interest and we offer individual leases:

If our customers do not even want to buy carpet for outstanding price, have the right to assign another buyer, who can acquire the carpet under the same conditions.

If a customer wants to buy the carpet after the lease period and washing of the blanket is required, this must be done at the customer's expense. The price of washing is 300 kr per square meter.

BENEFITS
Mansion Pride lease has 4 major advantages to our customers:

1. Mansion Pride is responsible for leasing and avoids therefore a costly intermediaries in the form of a leasing company, to serve on the lease agreement. Mansion Pride should not serve on the leasing agreement and can therefore be content with a very low interest rate of 6% pa attributed quarterly.

2. Since ownership of the carpet remains with Pride Mansion during the lease term, and not transferred to a leasing company, our customers are not obligated to purchase carpet for outstanding price after the lease expired or assign a buyer.
